How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is the difference between 'New' and 'Certified Pre-Owned' vinyl?
New records are factory-sealed and unplayed. Certified Pre-Owned records undergo a professional ultrasonic cleaning and are play-tested by our specialists to ensure they meet our strict VG+ or higher grading standards.
What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied with the sound quality?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your record has a manufacturing defect or significant surface noise not mentioned in the description, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
