At Vinyl Legend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Place the vinyl in its original anti-static sleeve and use the original reinforced mailer to prevent any warping or jacket damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, ensuring all previous barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the record's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
